Daily Glow Collagen Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

Organic Kale

Loaded with vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals like magnesium and potassium to support immunity and bone health.
Acts as a natural detoxifier, helping to cleanse the liver and flush out toxins.
High vitamin C boosts collagen production, while antioxidants protect against skin aging and promote a more even skin tone. * Add 1 handful.

Organic Spinach

Rich in iron, folate, and chlorophyll — critical for healthy blood and cellular regeneration.
Provides magnesium, which helps reduce stress and supports calmness and better sleep.
Deeply nourishing for skin thanks to its antioxidants and hydration-boosting minerals, helping to prevent dryness and dullness. * Add 1 handful.

Wild Blueberries or Organic Cherries (1 cup)

  • Health Wild blueberries are one of the richest sources of anthocyanins (plant compounds with deep blue/purple pigments) that combat oxidative stress and inflammation. Cherries provide anti-inflammatory properties and naturally support joint and heart health.
